Only 12% of Workers Are Sure They’re on the Right Career Path

For a recent Monster survey, we asked visitors to our site, “Are you currently on the career path you want to stay on for the rest of your working life?” And only 12 percent said they surely where. Here are the full results:

• No: I know I need to make a change     78%
• Maybe: I’m happy now, but that may change.     10%
• Yes: I’m on the path I want to stay on for the rest of my career.     12%
